1:1 sessions to explore your inner world
In these sessions, we explore your inner world to build deeper understanding, harmony, and trust using Internal Family Systems (IFS). These session are for you if you are experiencing an emotion, sensation, or behavior that you are wanting to better understand, or if you are trying to create a change but keep hitting the same blocks.
IFS is a therapeutic practice that helps you understand and connect with different parts of yourself. We all have inner parts like the part that worries, the part that wants to avoid conflict, or the part that tries to keep everything under control. These parts were formed in response to difficult or overwhelming experiences, and they get activated whenever they feel they are encountering a similar situation in the present.
Instead of fighting these parts, which often arise to communicate something with us, we approach them with curiosity and compassion. We help these parts feel a greater sense of safety so they don’t have to work so hard and perhaps someday, they can release the pain they’ve been carrying.

1:1 sessions to bring your vision to life
In these sessions, I create deep transformational spaces that blend emotional healing with practical action; that cycle between inner and outer shifts to create sustainable growth. These sessions are for you if you are feeling called to create a change in your life, whether it’s embodying a new way of being or bringing an idea to life; and are wanting to be supported, emotionally and through structure, in doing so.
Outer shifts
We align on a purpose to work towards - a tangible goal or a desired emotional experience. By creating a purpose that feels meaningful for you and taking action toward it, you become the person who can embody that purpose.
Inner shifts
Change begins from within. Together, we tend to what is needing your attention or getting in the way of you taking aligned action - be it an emotional experience, a recurring behavior, or a somatic sensation. You ground your inner growth with practical and tangible actions.
