My practice weaves together poetry, conceptual arts, performance, and therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the space between who we are, how we show up, and who we desire to be.

Through mixed media, language, and interactive experiences, I invite audiences into a contemplative space where the inner world is not only revealed but honored. Some pieces are quiet reflections; others invite participation and conversation. Together, they create an experience where truth and vulnerability meet.

My art is a living archive of the personal and collective journey — an unfolding dialogue between the seen and unseen, the fragmented and the integrated, the silenced and the expressed.
